Our comprehensive fire risk assessment reports follow the guidelines stated within PAS 79 Methodology. Our aim is to ensure your property is compliant with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 as well as the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022

We will produce a clear and comprehensive report following our site visit. The fire assessment report is provided in an electronic format.

Any Fire Risk Assessment should be based on the Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 79 methodology, this gives a nine-step structured approach and corresponding documentation, for carrying out and documenting significant findings of Fire Risk Assessments in buildings. Our report follows this structured approach to help ensure that our assessors cover all the relevant areas when carrying out a Fire Risk Assessment.
